Remote First
To maintain flexibility in our work styles and locations, we support our teams working remotely. Work from your home office or from our Vancouver HQ office. Our office is located right along the seawall, perfect for a quick stroll or run.

What to expect when you apply for a job at Hothead:
First Contact
Our Human Resources team review every application. Our goal is to provide a red-carpet service to all candidates whether we move forward with you or not. Most applications involve resumes. Artists, please remember to link your portfolios!
Conversation
If we see your potential or feel you’re a great fit we’ll invite you for an introduction phone screen with a member of our Human Resources team. This will be a 2-way relaxed conversation so make sure to ask us questions too!
Tests
Some roles like programming may include testing. We’ll let you know if this applies to you in the initial conversation.
Interview
This is approximately a 60-minute video and/or in-person interview(s) with your potential future team members. We’ll ask a range of questions to discover both your soft skills and technical skills. Be prepared to ask us questions too!
Decision
Now you’ve done the hard work, we’ll take it from here. We will try our best to make a decision ASAP! And don’t worry, if you aren’t successful, we’ll always provide feedback and will keep you on our database for any future openings.
