To coincide with this hairy tradition, Hothead Games is pleased to announce the release of Big Win Hockey for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. , giving fans an opportunity to go on their own playoff run each and every day. Players can create their own dream team, boost their puck-handling, shooting, and skating with Big Win cards, compete against opponents around the world, and get ready to hoist the Daily Trophy.

And because the quality of your beard matters to us, the facial hair experts at Hothead Games have devised a list of their top pro-grooming tips to ensure your beard is looking good.

1. Embrace the beard: Take your beard to the next level with a custom look—be it a chinstrap, muttonchops, or the classic full beard, pick a style for your signature look (and don’t forget to customize your Big Win Hockey team as well, with uniform cards, skill boosts, and more).
2. Don’t let it go fully unmanaged: An unkempt beard can create holes, gaps and unsightly patches. Instead, make sure you keep it trimmed to improve your personal appearance rating and overall facial hair performance… just like your hockey team. Buy new player cards and decide who’s going to ride the pine in order to ice the optimal team.

Our popular underwater treasure game, Sea Stars, is now our first ever game for Android devices!

Touch the screen to dive down in ocean worlds and release to jump above water. Navigate uncharted waters to collect coins and avoid dangerous obstacles like jellies, crab rockets, ice floes, and spiny urchins. For help, Sea Buddies like Dr. Scuttles, Storval the Whale and others are on deck, using their unique abilities to aid you achieve greater and greater distances.

We launched huge new update today for Sea Stars. Version 1.3 introduces two new seascapes, three new swimmers, and a new sea buddy.  Additionally, the game has been localized for Simplified Chinese, Korean, Swedish. To celebrate, the updated game is now available on the App Store for FREE.

New Friends and Sea Buddies:

Ms. Nibbles the alligator, Perry the polar bear, and Cthathy-Loo the Great Old One are joining the adorable cast of Sea Stars, each bringing unique abilities to the sea. Ms. Nibbles hungrily snaps up the coin-stealing sea urchins, and Perry claws through freezing icebergs.  The powerful Cthathy-Loo blasts through both new hazards with ease.

Storval the Whale has also joined the ranks of the helpful Sea Buddies and can glide through the water and air with the touch of a finger.

Just Keep Swimming:

Swim and master each Sea Star character to unlock two brand-new ocean worlds, Twinkling Tides and Polar Plunge.

Life Preserver items are also available to save you when you hit a hazard, along with 14 new missions, 20 new Game Center achievements, 80 unique rank titles, and permanent upgrades for Starter Jelly Shields and Speed Blasts. Now that’s enough to get any daring sea-farer excited!
