Facing the mountains that surround the beautiful city of Vancouver, B.C., Hothead Games was founded with the goal of bringing our games direct to gamers through digital distribution platforms and bypassing the pesky problems of dealing with big publishers.

From the RPG-tastic thrills of Penny Arcade and DeathSpank to the high action of titles like Swarm or Bunny the Zombie Slayer, our games ooze with personality, charm, and ooze.

The studio is a blend of grizzled industry veterans and fresh faces from some of our many local schools, universities and daycares. In our combined time in the industry we’ve made hit titles for famous licenses and created new, critically acclaimed, successful IPs.
